Consumer service on pellet stove.

Called a month ago for our free ton of pellets to be delivered. New pellet insert installed by them in July. Also asked for serial number and was told it was on back of stove which they will have to pull out due to insert model. The surround has scratches on top and very visible, was promised a new surround when pellets delivered. Also was promised an ash vaccum that we havent received. Trying to be patient and understanding but this is the worst. Have called two more times and been promised delivery within the week. No show.
